I had to email them a few times just to get my refund going... They did eventually send it, but it took way longer than I expected, and the updates along the way weren’t great.

I like the stuff when I can actually get it, but the flavors I want always seem to be out of stock. At this point my brain just takes the shortcut and expects them not to have it, which is frustrating

I’ve ordered from Once Upon a Farm Organics before, and this order was pretty much just what I expected. All the pouches I chose were in the box, the counts matched what I paid for, and everything arrived in good shape, which I really appreciate.
The only small thing was that the packing slip was a little confusing, and one flavor was tucked into a different bundle spot than I thought it would be. It wasn’t a big deal at all, though. The order was still correct overall, and based on my experience, I’d definitely order again.

I really wanted to like these pouches, but the sugar is just higher than I was expecting. My kid loves them, obviously, but I don’t feel great handing them out all the time. Whoever runs this should really rethink how sweet they are...

These pouches have been a good size for my toddler. He usually finishes one after snack time, so I feel like there’s not much getting wasted. I guess that means the portion is right, since if it was bigger he probably wouldn’t eat it, but if it was smaller I’d probably open another one anyway...

I really like the idea behind these products, but my last order was kind of disappointing. A lot of the pouches had expiration dates coming up really soon, and a few were only good for a couple more weeks. That’s tough when you’re ordering a decent amount at once and expecting to have some time to use them.
Customer service was fine, but it was still really annoying having to go through every pouch right away and check the dates. For the price, I expected them to be fresher. I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again anytime soon

I’ve been trying to manage my account, but the login keeps failing over and over. It’s frustrating, and what makes it worse is that support takes a long time to respond. I expected this to be a simple thing, so I’m really disappointed with the experience so far

These are just really convenient to keep in my bag for when we’re out and about. My kid will eat one without making a huge mess most of the time, which is a win. They are a bit Pricey though, so I’d give them 4 stars.

The boxes showed up crushed, like the packaging had literally been tossed around a bit. Not the best first impression

I needed to pause my boxes for a bit it was super simple to do. I was expecting some annoying process or hidden button somewhere, but nope, it only took a minute. Love that. Seriously, why can’t everything be this easy?

Most of the packs were fresh enough and totally fine, but a few had a weird off taste, like they’d been sitting around a bit longer than the others. Not terrible, just not super consistent. I noticed it while packing lunches, which somehow turned into reorganizing the whole pantry because apparently that’s what I do now. Anyway, I’d still use them, but I wish every pack tasted as fresh as the better ones.

It just felt a bit low on nutrition for me, haha. Not terrible, but I was hoping it would feel a little more satisfying or balanced.

My kids liked most of the flavors, and the pouches are easy to toss in lunchbox for school. They’re a nice quick snack to have around, though I do think they’re little pricey for what you get.

I’ll be honest, the stuff is good and I don’t really have complaints about the quality. But wow, the price feels way too high for what you actually get. Like, I wanted to like it more, but every time I think about the cost, I’m just sitting there wondering why it needed to be that expensive...

From what I remember, I looked around their site for clear organic certification details and couldn’t find anything that felt solid. Maybe I missed it, but based on that, I just didn’t feel comfortable buying

There were one or two pouches she wasn’t as excited about, and they took a few tries before she warmed up to them. Still, overall they made snack time way easier for us, so I’d give them 4 stars

I’m happy with what they offer, but the checkout process was way more of a hassle than I expected. My cart kept refreshing on me, and getting my address to actually save took a few tries. The discount code part was also confusing because it wasn’t obvious whether it applied or not. For me, it felt like a simple order turned into extra work, and I almost backed out before finally placing it.

I was trying to place an order, but the website was kinda annoying. It felt slow, and a few pages took forever-ish to load. I also had to poke around way too much just to find basic stuff. I do like the products, but the whole cold shipping thing made me a little uneasy. The box showed up on time, which was good, but the ice packs were mostly melted and the pouches were only sort of cool, not actually cold like I expected. Nothing seemed spoiled or anything, but when a company says it’ll stay cold, I wish they’d be a little more clear about what that really means. “Cold packed” sounds reassuring, but it felt a bit vague once I opened the box. I’d maybe order again, but probably only when it’s not too hot outside.

I do like the whole idea behind the products, and I was excited to try them, but yeah, the shipping part was not great.
My order just kinda sat there for days without much of an update, and it ended up showing up later than I thought it would. Since it’s food for kids, the timing isn’t really something you can just shrug off.

Everything looked fine once it finally got here, so that was good at least. But the slow shipping kinda makes me not want to order again unless I really need to.
